Ministry of Justice Introduces Direct Contact Options for Public Complaints

Phnom Penh, June 12, 2024: In an effort to streamline the process of lodging complaints and to enhance transparency, the Ministry of Justice has introduced a dedicated telephone number and a QR code for telegram communications. This new initiative allows citizens to directly submit their grievances concerning judicial matters.

The launch of the "Telephone and Telegram QR Code for Receiving Complaints" aims to facilitate the prompt resolution of cases and address any irregularities in court proceedings across the provinces. This move is part of a broader campaign to improve judicial responsiveness and accountability.

Citizens wishing to file a complaint with the Ministry's complaint resolution team can do so by calling the designated number 099 444 181 or by using the telegram service, accessible through the provided QR code.

The Ministry of Justice is committed to ensuring that all citizens have a direct and accessible means to report their concerns, promoting a just and responsive legal system.
